Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to delete your data or deactivate your Sayzi account, follow the steps below. This process ensures your information is removed securely and in accordance with our data policy.

🔐 Step-by-Step: How to Deactivate Your Account

  1. Open the Sayzi App
    Launch the app on your device and log in if needed.

  2. Go to Settings
    Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Select ‘Account’
    From the Settings menu, tap on Account.

  4. Tap ‘Deactivate’
    Scroll down and tap the Deactivate button.

  5. Confirm Deactivation
    You’ll be asked to confirm. Please read the warning message carefully:

    • Your access to the app will be disabled immediately.

    • Your progress and data will be permanently deleted after 12 months.

  6. Done
    Once you confirm, your account will be marked as deactivated. You will no longer be able to log in.

⏳ What Happens After Deactivation?

  • Immediate: You will lose access to your account and all app features.

  • Data Retention (12 months): Your data is retained in a secure, inactive state in case you wish to reactivate.

  • Permanent Deletion: After 12 months of inactivity, all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

🔄 Want to Reactivate?

If you change your mind and wish to return within 12 months:

  • Contact our support team at support@sayzi.app

  • Use the same email you registered with

  • We’ll assist you in restoring access if eligible
