Why is my progress not showing?

If your progress isn’t showing up, don’t worry — it’s usually something simple. Let’s go through a few things to check:

🧠 1. Did you complete the full activity?

Progress only counts when you finish the entire conversation or mission. If you exit early, it might not save.

🔄 2. Are you connected to the internet?

Sayzi needs a stable connection to sync your progress. Try reconnecting to Wi-Fi or mobile data and re-opening the app.

🔁 3. Try refreshing the app

Close the app completely and open it again. This often helps update your stats.

👤 4. Make sure you’re logged into the right account

Sometimes, users accidentally create a new profile without realizing. Double-check your login info.
